Welcome to BeEnhanced Studio. By booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry, or visiting this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information
BeEnhanced Studio (“we,” “us,” or “the studio”) provides permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing, lash services, and related beauty services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that all procedures involve risk and require proper aftercare.

2. Eligibility for Services
You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not be pregnant or nursing
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Disclose all medical conditions, medications, and relevant health history prior to treatment

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the procedure is unsafe or inappropriate for you.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Payments may be made via [insert payment methods: card, cash, Vagaro, etc.].

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

“Starting at” pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the service.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit or an additional fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount or lose their deposit. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future services.

5. Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

6. Previous Permanent Makeup
All new clients with previous permanent makeup must be approved before booking.

You must:

• Upload clear photos
• Receive confirmation that you are a candidate
• If you arrive with undisclosed previous PMU, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

7. Results & Expectations
Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing. No guarantees are made regarding final results, longevity, or color retention. Follow all aftercare instructions to achieve the best outcome.

Touch-ups are not included unless explicitly stated.

8. Medical Disclosure
You agree to:

• Disclose all medications and health conditions truthfully
• Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions
• Understand that failure to disclose information may result in adverse outcomes

BeEnhanced Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from withheld information.

9. Photos & Media
With your consent, photos and videos taken during your appointment may be used for marketing, portfolio, or educational purposes.
You may decline photo usage at any time.

10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing and beauty services:

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with color, shape, or results.
• Touch-ups, if needed, are booked and paid separately.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Promotions or discounts cannot be stacked or retroactively applied.

12. Right to Refuse Service
BeEnhanced Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or inability to follow studio policies.

13. Limitation of Liability
By booking, you acknowledge:

• You understand the risks associated with cosmetic tattooing and lash services
• You release BeEnhanced Studio and the artist (Sarah) from liability for allergic reactions, infections, scarring, or undesired results
• You agree that no claims may be made for damages, refunds, or further compensation

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
